Raedus Labs is a sole trader business registered in Queensland, Australia (ABN 93 731 256 708). We build AI-native products, open-source tools, and provide content services.

• Payment information processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Wise). We do not store card details.
• Usage data in our apps only where necessary for functionality (e.g. app preferences stored locally on your device).
• Analytics may be collected via privacy-respecting, cookie-free tools to understand page visits. No personal data is tracked.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use tracking cookies or invasive analytics.
• We do not store sensitive data on our servers unless required to deliver a service you requested.

How we use your information

Any information we collect is used to:

• Deliver products and services you have requested.
• Process payments and send invoices.
• Respond to your enquiries.
• Improve our products based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Wise for international payments and invoicing.
• Google Play for app distribution (Nudge).
• RevenueCat for subscription management in mobile apps.
• Supabase for authentication and data storage in select products.

Data storage and security

We store data using industry-standard security practices. Where possible, data is stored locally on your device rather than on remote servers. When cloud storage is necessary, we use encrypted connections and access controls.

Our apps

Nudge (Android) operates entirely on-device. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. No analytics, no telemetry, no network calls. Your usage data stays on your phone.

Other products may have their own specific privacy details, which will be outlined within the app or on the relevant product page.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access any personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
