These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Origo mobile app and related services ("Origo", the "Service"), operated by Raedus Labs (ABN 93 731 256 708), a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Origo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use Origo. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Entertainment, not professional advice. Origo provides astrology and tarot content and an AI companion ("Vega") for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Vega is not a licensed professional. Always seek a qualified expert for decisions that matter. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Origo uses your birth data and the information you choose to share to generate personalised astrology and tarot readings and to power conversations with Vega. Readings and AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional. We make no guarantee that any reading, prediction, or statement is true or will occur. You use the Service and act on its content at your own discretion and risk.
Purchases are processed by the app stores and our payments partner RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
You retain ownership of the information and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your readings and to let Vega remember context). Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Origo, including its name, design, software, and original content, is owned by Raedus Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Origo relies on third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google's Gemini AI, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, and Expo. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or reading is accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raedus Labs and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on any reading or AI output. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raedus Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using Origo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Origo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
